How to solve the solar street light waterproof problem

To address the waterproof problem that is likely to occur in outdoor use, we have proposed a number of effective solutions. In the core component of the battery compartment, the double sealing structure of silicone sealing ring and stainless steel buckle is adopted, and the compression rate of the sealing ring is strictly controlled at 30%-40%, which effectively blocks the path of rainwater infiltration. At the same time, the bottom of the cabin is equipped with a hidden flow channel, so that even a small amount of condensate can be quickly discharged to avoid short-circuiting of the battery. In the light source part of the lamps and lanterns, the innovative use of integrated potting process, the LED light source and driver module as a whole pouring waterproof glue sealing, to further enhance the waterproof performance.

The protection level of the street light head reaches IP65, which can completely prevent dust from entering and can withstand low-pressure water spray to meet the waterproof needs of a variety of outdoor environments. In addition, the street light pole supporting the entire equipment is hot-dip galvanised to effectively resist corrosion from rain and moisture, extending its service life to more than 15 years.
